CPV25 Series Spunlace Mask Fabric utilizes high-molecular starch protein as its base material. Starch protein is a high-molecular carbohydrate, a polysaccharide composed of non-uniform sugar units. Water Velvet is spun and combed into fabric through low-temperature polymerization of wheat protein and plant glucose molecular extracts, forming a high-molecular polymerized cellulose fiber capable of high-temperature hydrolysis. When exposed to water at 100°C, CPV25 rapidly dissolves. At 80°C, it shrinks into a mini mask, delivering a warming sensation that gently lifts and firms the skin while causing slight contraction under heat. Spunlace protein fibers find broad applications in medical and cosmetic nonwovens, feminine hygiene products, and more. CPV25 Water Velvet mask fabric stands as one of our flagship products, excelling in conformability, absorbency, moisture retention, softness, and luster. It represents an ideal new material choice for high-demand mask fabrics.
