市场上有“自发热面膜布”，分3类技术路线，只有一类是一体化水刺基材，另外两类是复合夹层结构。目前，我们将重点探讨一体化水刺无纺布的制造思路与工艺。

这种材料我们称为“吸湿发热共混水刺无纺布”。

原理：一体水刺铺网，把吸湿发热改性腈纶纤维和普通粘胶/天丝纤维共混，高压水刺缠结一体成型。纤维带有大量亲水基团，接触精华水分时，水分子被纤维捕获发生水合反应，释放热量，温度稳定在37~40℃，持续10–20分钟。因此，这种水刺无纺布制造面膜布时，需要采用干式分离的模式进行装袋封口。（AB分离面膜袋，面膜布将独立包装）。

This material is named “moisture-absorbing heat-generating blended spunlace nonwoven fabric”.

Principle: Integrated spunlace web forming. Moisture-absorbing heat-generating modified acrylic fibers are blended with conventional viscose / Tencel fibers, then integrated into one piece via high-pressure spunlace entanglement. The fibers carry abundant hydrophilic groups. When exposed to water from essence, water molecules are captured by the fibers to trigger hydration reaction and release heat. The temperature remains stable at 37~40°C for 10–20 minutes. Therefore, when producing mask sheets from this spunlace nonwoven fabric, dry separation packaging shall be adopted for bag sealing. (AB separate mask pouch, mask sheet packed individually.)

单层一体化膜布，没有夹层粉末或后整理成分，可以直接浸泡精华，和常规面膜布一样灌装，安全风险低，无粉体泄漏；可以做成面膜/眼膜。

多用于秋冬舒缓、促渗透面膜、眼膜产品。

The single-layer integrated mask sheet contains no sandwiched powder or post-finishing additives. It can be directly soaked with essence and filled in the same way as conventional mask sheets. It features low safety risk and zero powder leakage, and can be made into facial masks or eye masks.

It is widely used for autumn and winter soothing, penetration-enhancing facial masks and eye mask products.
