本产品分别可采用单层弹力布以及三层复合弹力布面（水刺工艺）作为为基底，添加海藻酸钠凝胶体系复配薄荷凉感助剂的涂布工艺。在膜布表层形成一层锁水凝胶层，打造厚胶感精华承载膜布。

海藻酸钠具备优异成膜与锁水特性，遇精华液后形成水润凝胶态，牢牢锁住精华，减少精华流淌滴落，提升膜布贴肤包裹感。复配薄荷凉感添加剂，接触肌肤瞬间释放柔和清凉体感，舒缓燥热、镇静泛红，实现物理+体感双重凉感。

This product can adopt either single-layer elastic fabric or 3-layer composite elastic fabric (spunlace process) as the base material. It is manufactured via a coating process with sodium alginate gel system compounded with mint cooling additives. A water-locking gel layer is formed on the surface of the mask sheet, creating a thick gel-type essence-loading mask substrate.

Sodium alginate features excellent film-forming and water-retention properties. When contacting essence, it transforms into a hydrous gel state, firmly locking the serum to reduce dripping and flowing, and improving the fitting and wrapping effect on skin. Combined with mint cooling additives, it delivers gentle cooling sensation immediately upon skin contact, relieving heat discomfort and calming redness, achieving dual cooling effects from physical and sensory experience.

✅湿态：遇精华水快速溶胀，形成饱满厚凝胶质感，胶体均匀包裹纤维，大幅提升载液量，膜布延展性提升，紧密贴合面部轮廓。

✅凉感原理：膜布内薄荷凉感因子随凝胶水合缓慢释放，温和刺激皮肤冷觉感受器，带来持续清凉感；海藻酸钠凝胶层辅助导热，降低皮肤表层温度，凉感均匀不突兀，避免强刺激刺痛。

适配：晒后修护、降温舒缓、夏季清凉贴。

✅ Dry State: The mask sheet is flat and flexible. Sodium alginate gel is stably embedded within the gaps of nonwoven fibers, with no fiber shedding. It is compatible with automatic bagging production lines for mask sheets.

✅ Wet State: It rapidly swells upon contact with essence liquid to form a full, thick gel texture. The gel evenly wraps around fibers, greatly increasing liquid loading capacity. The mask sheet gains improved extensibility to closely fit facial contours.

✅ Cooling Mechanism: Mint cooling factors inside the mask sheet are slowly released as the gel hydrates. They gently stimulate skin cold receptors to deliver long-lasting cooling sensation. The sodium alginate gel layer assists heat conduction and lowers the surface temperature of skin. The cooling effect is uniform and mild without harsh stinging irritation.
