This product utilizes banana peel extract, rich in nutrients such as tryptophan and vitamin B6, as a spinning additive. The components present in banana fiber help alleviate dry skin, leaving it exceptionally smooth and radiant. It also offers therapeutic benefits for skin itchiness, brightening and fading dark spots, and assisting in acne reduction. CBN35-MK Banana Fiber Mask Sheet is manufactured using a fully cross-laid spunlace process, featuring a plain weave surface (other mesh patterns available upon request). The fabric has a weight of 35gsm (standard finished width 150cm) and exhibits a slightly yellowish hue, which is inherent to the banana peel extract. When used as a mask sheet material, banana fiber not only provides nutritional benefits but also exhibits excellent moisture retention (moisture release rate: 21.4%). In a wet state, the fiber's monofilament strength reaches 34 cN/tex, meeting the requirements for thin mask sheets. Additionally, Puyongsi Company utilizes natural banana tree trunks and leaves for plant-based natural spinning as raw material for spunlace nonwoven fabrics. Natural banana plant fiber extraction resembles that of natural bamboo fiber, yet its fabric properties, fineness, and tensile strength surpass those of natural bamboo fiber. The banana fiber series of spunlace nonwoven fabrics comes with MSDS, microbiological, heavy metal, and related test reports, meeting cosmetic safety requirements.
