CST178 Shuangninglong (CST178 Brilliant Color) Upgrade Edition, as a key product promoted by Prius, is the industry's first gel-like, moisture-locking mask base material with a dry weight of 17.8gsm (17.8 grams per square meter). CST178 is a polysaccharide-based natural cellulose fiber short staple sheet. Polysaccharide cellulose fibers possess high molecular weight water-binding factors. After water absorption, water molecules fuse with polysaccharides to form a CMC structure. Even after vigorous squeezing, the sheet retains moisture for up to 45 minutes, maintaining a plump, hydrated surface. A single CST178 sheet weighs 0.7g. When fully hydrated (non-dripping state), its weight reaches approximately 27g, achieving a water expansion rate of about 3800%. Research indicates that the CMC structure exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and cleanses skin scar formation through adsorption. When paired with restorative cosmetic formulations (e.g., whitening/spot removal, anti-aging/anti-wrinkle, acne repair, etc.), it effectively enhances serum absorption rates, extends usage duration, increases serum utilization efficiency, and can treat abrasions, lacerations, minor cuts, minor burns, and minor scalds. CST178 is widely applicable and compatible with medical dressings, cosmetic fabrics, and other carriers that come into direct contact with the skin. It is completely non-toxic and compostable.
