C2860 is manufactured using 99.9% copper-ammonia fiber staple (38mm) through a fully cross-laid high-pressure hydroentanglement process. Its plain weave fabric offers exceptional water absorption and moisture retention capabilities alongside outstanding transparency. The fabric also features a silk-like luster and a soft handfeel. Copper-ammonia fiber originates from Japan's Asahi Kasei Corporation, which employs unique technology to refine and dissolve cotton seed fluff, regenerating it into pure, high-performance cellulose fiber. It feels tender and delicate against the skin, with a strong silk-like texture, is safe and harmless to the human body, and possesses excellent durability. The spunlace nonwoven fabric processed from it exhibits significant resistance to deformation and bending. Face mask fabrics, spunlace nonwovens, and waste materials made from copper-ammonia fiber are readily biodegradable by soil and aquatic bacteria. Even when incinerated, they release no toxic gases, posing no ecological harm and demonstrating superior environmental performance.
