Proyon's 2021 newly developed Tianmianv fiber utilizes cotton as its primary raw material, processed through pulping and spinning. It is available in two series: High Brightness Tianmianv and High Transparency Tianmianv. This product employs 99.9% High Transparency Tianmianv fiber, manufactured via full cross high-pressure hydroentanglement. Our company obtained a patent for this material in 2022, and it has passed MSDS, microbial, heavy metal testing, and 180-day compost degradation tests. Tianmianv fiber mask sheets feature excellent breathability, high transparency, soft texture, and long-lasting moisture retention. With a near-circular cross-section and smooth surface, they rarely irritate the skin and are gentle on delicate, sensitive complexions. CPF32 features a unique DNA8 mesh pattern with a three-dimensional figure-eight weave. This texture further enhances fabric strength while delivering a distinctive and differentiated visual effect. As our flagship product, CPF32 outperforms Tencel fabrics in all aspects—adhesion, transparency, absorbency, softness, and luster—making it an ideal new material choice for premium mask fabrics.
