Product Details
This product utilizes Tencel® fiber (Lyocell) spunlace nonwoven fabric as its base material. CTL40-SM is widely applicable for facial mask sheet materials. CTL40-SM Tencel mask sheet undergoes a specialized post-treatment process that renders the Tencel fibers highly transparent and crystal-clear when wet, imparting a jelly-like gel texture. This treatment also enhances the sheet's overall water absorption and water-holding capacity, extending its usage time and allowing nutrients to fully penetrate the skin layers for optimal efficacy. Lyocell fiber, a wood pulp-derived material primarily sourced from beech or eucalyptus trees, combines exceptional strength and absorbency with biodegradable properties. The fabric features a long-hole structure with apertures approximately 0.3 x 0.5 cm in size. This design creates numerous “water-trapping cubes,” maximizing direct skin contact with the essence while intensifying the hydrating sensation during use.
